Ingredients

    lb ground beef (or ground turkey)

  • 1

    medium onion (flakes)

  • 2

    cups water

  • 2/3

    cups ketchup

  • 2

    tablespoons mustard

  • 1/8

    teaspoon pepper

  • 2

    cups rice, uncooked

  • 4

    oz cheese, shredded

Directions

Brown meat and onion in skillet on med-high heat; drain. Stir in water, ketchup, mustard, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Top with cheese; cover. Let stand for 3 minutes.
