Baked Pepperoni Ziti
- 12 oz ziti pasta
- 4 c marinara sauce from 2-24oz jars
- 1/2 c sliced pepperoni
- 1 c ricotta cheese
- 2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 t dried italian seasoning
Cook pasta according to directions;drain. Meanwhile preheat oven to 400. Coat a shallow 2qt baking dish with cooking spray. In large bowl combine marinara, and pepperoni; stir in pasta. Combine ricotta, 1/2c mozzarella, and italian seasoning. Spread half of the pasta mixture in baking dish. Dollop half the ricotta mixture over pasta; top with remaining pasta and ricotta mixtures. Sprinkle with remaining 1-1/2c mozzarella. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes. Remove foil; bake until cheese is melted, 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
