Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup evaporated (Pet) milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups diced chicken breasts
- 1 can (4 oz) sliced, drained mushrooms
- 1 small can of sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup dry white wine (or more)
- 1 package spaghetti (5 oz)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except spaghetti and butter in Crock-Pot, stir, cover, cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Just before serving cook the spaghetti, drain, toss with butter, stir into Crock-Pot. Don't over cook the spaghetti since you add it to the hot chicken and sauce. Sprinkle grated cheese over top.
Serves four. We really like this. Hope you do too.
