Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup evaporated (Pet) milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups diced chicken breasts
  • 1 can (4 oz) sliced, drained mushrooms
  • 1 small can of sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine (or more)
  • 1 package spaghetti (5 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except spaghetti and butter in Crock-Pot, stir, cover, cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.


Just before serving cook the spaghetti, drain, toss with butter, stir into Crock-Pot. Don't over cook the spaghetti since you add it to the hot chicken and sauce. Sprinkle grated cheese over top.
