Ingredients
- 1 heaping cup of mashed Idaho pinto beans (1 1/2 cups cooked beans equals 1 mashed cup)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- Unbaked pie shell
Preparation
Step 1
Blend sugars, eggs, and butter until creamy. Add beans and blend well. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375 F for 20 minutes, then at 350 F for 25 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
