Wild Rice and Turkey Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cut-up cooked turkey
  • 1 14 cup boiling water
  • 1/3 cup fat-free skim milk
  • 1 small onions, chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 1 19-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 6-ounce package seasoned long grain and wilk rice mix

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 350 °F. In ungreased 2 qt. casserole, stir together all ingredients, including seasoning packet from rice mix.
2. cover; bake 45-50 min. or until rice is tender. Uncover; bake 10-15 min. longer or until liquid is absorbed. Stir before serving.

Option:
Add chopped water chestnuts and top with sliced almonds.
