Ingredients
- 1 c butter softened
- 1-8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 c flour
- 1/4 t salt
- 3/4 c finely chopped walnuts
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1-1/2 t ground cinnamon
- powdered sugar sifted

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and cream cheese. Combine flour and salt; add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Shape dough into 8 balls; wrap each in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Roll each ball into an 8 inch circle on a lightly floured surface; cut into 8 wedges. Combine walnuts, 1/3c sugar, and cinnamon; sprinkle 1/4t mixture over each wedge. Starting at wide edge of dough, roll up each wedge; shape into a crescent. Place point side down on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes or until lightly browned; cool and dust with powdered sugar.
