Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 C (2 sticks) margarine
- 1 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1/2 C sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 C old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 C sweetened dried cranberries
- 1 C white chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine flour and baking powder; set aside.
2. In mixing bowl beat margarine and sugars until fluffy. Mix in eggs and vanilla until well blended. Add flour mixture and stir until just combined. Stir in oats, cranberries and white chocolate chips.
3. For each cookie, drop rounded tablespoon of dough onto cookie sheet leaving about 2 inches between each. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until edges of cookies turn golden brown and centers are still soft.
Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
