Ingredients

  • 1 pound raw jumbo shrimp, frozen, cleaned and deveined
  • 1 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp fresh ground ginger
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Sriracha hot sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Defrost shrimp according to package directeions. Remove the tails and place shrimp in a small bowl with th hot sauce. Mix to combine.

In a medium-size sauce pan, over medium-high heat, add the oil, garlic and ginger. Cook for 2 minutes, uniil soft. Add the lemon juice and shrimp with the hot sauce and cook for about 3 minutes, until the shrimp are cooked through. Place shrimp on the grilll to give them a quick sear, about 30 sec on each side. Garnish with a dash of sriracha.
