Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs tenderloin
- 1 cup marsala wine
- 1 medium onion, quartered
- Spreads- Taragon mustard
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup dry white wine (chardoney)
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. taragon
- 2 T dry mustard
- makes 1 cup
- Taragon
- 1 cup mayo
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 T chopped green onion
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 T snipped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. dried taragon
- makes 2 cups

Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients in plastic bag and chill overnight. Bake at 420 degrees uncovered for about 45 minutes. Temperature of meat inside should be between 135 and 140 degrees.
