Ingredients
- Coffee Cake:
- 3 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- Filling (mix and set aside):
- 2 large cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients. Cream sugar, butter and eggs. Add vanilla and dry ingredients alternatively with sour cream. Pour 1/2 batter into greased and floured 13x9 pan. Pour in filling, then remainder of cake batter. (it will be very think to spread so use a spatula dropped in hot water). Sprinkle with streusel topping.
Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
3 T butter
While warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Bake 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
