Ingredients
- 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 3 teaspoons chocolate syrup
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 5/8 cup refined coconut oil
- 1 1/2 cups chow-mein noodles

For Zoku Quick Pops, divide 4 tablespoons yogurt as evenly as possible into three bowls. Add 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup to 1 bowl, and 2 teaspoons chocolate syrup to second. Stir mixtures well. Place 1 layer of each of the three yogurts - 2 chocolate and 1 plain - at a time in the molds, allowing each layer to freeze for 2 minutes before adding the next. Meanwhile, in a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips and add coconut oil. Dip frozen pops into melted chocolate, then in chow-mein noodles. For conventional pops, follow same steps for layering and freeze for 4 hours or overnight. Just before serving, dip in melted chocolate and noodles. Makes 6 servings.
