  • 5 cans of tomato sauce cans
  • 5 cans of water
  • Curry leaves (curyapath leaves)
  • 2 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp chilli
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 4-5 tsp Dhania powder
  • 4-5 tsp Zheera powder
  • 1-2 tsp zeera

Step 1

Open the cans of tomato sauce into a pan
Add the cans of water (take the tomato cans and add water)
Add the curry leaves
Add the salt/chilli and haldi
cook on high
In a dry frying pan add the dhania and zeera powder and cook for a few minutes
Add the mixture to the tomatoes

In a separate frying pan, add oil and zeera and cook for a few minutes
Add the bagar on top

Bring 4 eggs to boil
Peel the eggs and cut them in halves
place the eggs on top
