Cranberry Relish

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of fresh cranberries
  • 3 apples
  • 1 jar of Smuckers sugar-free orange marmalade
  • 1/2 c of splenda
  • 2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of ginger
  • 1 tsp of numeg
  • 1/2 tsp of powdered cloves
  • 1/2 c. of chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Chop the cranberries and apples in a food processor; mix the rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate the mix for about 5 hrs to blend the flavors. You can always add or subtract the ingredients to your own tastes. It freezes well and is so simple and no cooking involved.
