Ingredients
- Dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salad
- 1 can chicken, canned, 6.5 oz
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained, 8 oz
- 1 can Chinese vegetables, 11.5 oz
- 1 package cabbage slaw
- 1 package mixed greens

Preparation
Step 1
Combine mayo, ginger and soy sauce. Mix well and refrigerate.
Toss next four ingredients in large bowl. Combine with dressing.
To serve: Line plate with mixed greens. Place large scoop of slaw salad on top. Garnish with orange slices, Chinese noodles or slivered almonds.
