Stir-Fry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tbs cornstarch
  • 3 tbs. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine chicken broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, and ginger. Add to the skillet, cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
