Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs. Yeast in 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1 c. warm milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 4 1/2 c. flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and let raise double (1-1/2 hours). Punch down, roll out, spread with margarine, brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up, cut and place in pan about
1 – 1 ½ inches apart. Let rise. Bake 350°, 8 minutes. Ice.
