Sour Cream Coffee Cake

  • Topping:
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter, eggs, sugar. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add sour cream and vanilla - mix well. Pour 1/2 batter in pan. Cover with 1/2 topping. pour rest of batter and cover with remaining topping.


Bake 50 minutes at 375 degrees. Bundt or tube pan greased and floured.
