Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons corn oil or stick margarine, melted
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 scallion (green onion), finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dillweed
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 ears fresh corn on the cob, husked
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine margarine, garlic, scallion, dill, and black pepper; mix well.
Place each ear of corn in a separate piece of aluminum foil and brush with butter mixture. Wrap each and seal completely then place on a rimmed baking sheet.
