- 4 large tomatoes, ripe
- 1/2 lb. thin cut mozzarella
- 2 tbs. basil (approx.)
- course ground black pepper
- 1/4 c balsamic vinegar

Step 1
assemble appetizers by stacking tomatoes and cheese in alternating layers light sprinkle of vinegar,basil and pepper on each layer of tomato end each stack with piece of cheese place in oven and bake 375 until cheese melts serve warm
