Egg Casserole (Crock Pot)

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Frozen Hash Browns
  • 16 Eggs
  • 1 C Milk
  • 1 Tbs Ground Mustard
  • 16 oz Cooked Sausage
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 16 oz Shredded Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Spray crock pot with pam, spread frozen has browns on the bottom.
Whisk eggs and milk, add Mustard, Salt & Pepper, Set Aside
Cook and drain the sausage, then add on top of hash browns
Mix cheese into egg mixture and spread in crock pot.
Turn crock pot on low for 6-8 hours.

**Use hash browns, not cubes. May take extra eggs. Mixture is really thick. Half the recipe will feed 4 easily.
