Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 box beef Rice-a-Roni
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cups hot water
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine ground beef, egg and rice-vermicelli mix. Shape into small meatballs (about 30).
2. Brown on all side in butter. Combine contents of seasoning packet with hot water. Pour over meatballs, cover and simmer until done, about 30 mins.
