Ingredients
- 8 slices of medium sliced bread
- Softened butter
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon
- 1 Tbsp horseradish cream
- 5 oz. thinly sliced (fat removed) rare roast beef
Preparation
Step 1
Spread 8 slices of bread with softened butter.
Mix the mayo, dijon and horseradish cream.
Spread 4 slices bread with mayo mixture and top with rare roast beef.
Top with remaining 4 sliced.
Cut off the crusts and discard.
Cut into 6 mini sandwiches.
