Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground lean turkey
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- couple dashes of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp splenda
- 1-2 cups chicken/beef broth
- 1/2 c. plain ff yogurt
- 2 onions sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 200 degrees.
Combine all ingredients, except onions
Make 16 meatballs and cook in oven for 15 minutes.
While meatballs cook, saute onions in PAM. Deglaze pan with broth.
Turn meatballs and cook for 15 more minutes.
Add meatballs to pan and simmer for 30 minutes. Allow sauce to reduce.
Stir in plain yogurt/ff sour cream and cook for 10-15 more minutes.
