Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cranberry juice
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tea. crushed garlic
- 1 Tbsp. plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cranberry juice, vinegar, mustard and garlic in a food processor or blender.
Whisk yogurt into blended ingredients.
Whisk olive oil into blended ingredients.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Toss vinaigrette with your favorite salad greens.
