Chicken Pita withTzatziki Sauce

Ingredients

• 1/3 c mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 clove garlic,finely chopped
• 1 medium cucumber,
• 2 c cut up cooked chicken
• 1 large tomato,diced
• 1/4 c red onion
• 6 (8") whole wheat pitas

Preparation

Step 1

C ombine mayo with lemmon juice and arlic
Finely grate 1/4 c cucumber and add to mayo
Stir and set asidde
Slice remaining cuke
Arrange chicken,sliced cuke,tomato and onion in pita
Top with mayo mix
