Ingredients
- 3/4 C grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 C toasted wheat germ
- 1 & 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3.5-4 lbs chicken
- 1 C buttermilk
Preparation
Step 1
In a shallow bowl or large resealable plastic bag, combine Parmesan cheese, wheat germ and seasonings. Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk, then coat with Parmesan mixture. Place in greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 1 hour or until chicken juices run clear.
