Sabayon (custard)

Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 Marsala (sweet)
  • (Can be served warm or cold)

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk ingredients together and put over a double boiler. Continue to whisk, until eggs start to cook, making custard. Incorporate air into mixture.
