Ingredients

  • 1 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Flax Seed Meal*
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 cup Canola Oil
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pint Blueberries, fresh
  • If you don't have flax you can just use more oats

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix together all ingredients except blueberries.

Fold in blueberries.

Spoon mixture into lightly greased muffin tins.

Bake for 15 minutes.
