Hot Artichoke Dip

  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp minced garlic



Step 1

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Scrape into 10 inch pie plate or small low casserole dish. Bake until puffy, hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes. Serve with break sticks, pita, chips, or crackers.
