Sausage Chili

Ingredients

• 1 tbls oil
• 1/2 cup green pepper
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1 pkg smoked sausage halved lengthwise sliced
• 2 cans Hunts diced tomatoes for chili
• 1 can black beans drained rinsed
• 1 can beef broth 14oz
• 1/2 cup corn
• 2 teas chili powder
• 1 teas ground cumin

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil, add peppers and onions and cook until tender. Add sausage,cook until lightly browned

Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to boil.Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes
