Jalapeno Corn Bread

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup of self rising corn meal
• 1 cup of buttermilk
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup of cooking oil
• 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 cup or cream style corn
• 1 bell pepper finely chopped
• 2 - 3 jalapeno peppers finely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowel. Pour mixture in a well oiled cake pan. Bake for 30 - 45 minutes until done.
