Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie shell (9")
- 1-1/2 c. grated Swiss Cheese
- 6 strips bacon, cut up, fried crisp
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. cream (half and half)
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Put crumbled bacon over bottom of crust. Put cheese on top. Beat eggs and other ingredients and pour over cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. (Note: Can be frozen (unbaked, do not thaw, then bake 15 minutes longer or bake ahead, refrigerate and then heat 15-20 mins. at 300 degrees.)
