- 1 ready crust graham cracker pie crust (6 oz)
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin
- 1 can (14 oz) Eagle Brand Sweetend condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. With mixer, beat pumpkin, milk, eggs, spices, and salt. Pour into ready crust.
Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees, bake 35 to 40 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean.
