  • 7 .oz White Chocolate squares
  • 10 .oz Raspberries
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • 3 Tablespoons Powder sugar
  • Mint sprigs for garnishing

Preparation

Step 1

1. Chill mixing bowl & beater
2. Two ways to melt the white chocolate, you can melt over a pan of hot water, by bringing a saucepan of water to a boil, place a heat resisted bowl with the white chocolate to melt or place nto a microwave bowl an mic a few minutes at a time. make sure you are stiring until melted.
2. whip cream until stiff peaks form
3. add mashed raspberries
4. Now add the melted chocolate to the whip cream, raspberry, just folding into the whip cream
5. Let rest in refgt for at least 3 or more hours
6. serve into nice glass dishes , garnish with raspberry a touch of whipping cream and a mint sprig
