In an 8" spring form pan line botton with Graham cracker crumbs; set aside. in a large mixing bowl beat ceam cheese until light and fluffy. Mix sugar and flour; slowly add to cheese and beat well. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each. Dough will seem to separate. Beat until well blended. Add sour cream and beat well. Pour into pan. Bake at 400 degrees until filling sets, approx 20-30 minutes. Remove from oven. Let set 10 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 degrees. After 10 minutes return to oven and bake approximately 15-20 minutes; until gold ring appears. When ring appears remove from oven and let cool before placing in refrigerator.
