    Oreos

  • 3

    tbsp melted butter

  • 2/3

    cup Andes mints

  • 2

    packages cream cheese

  • 1/2

    cup powdered sugar

  • 1/4

    cup milk

  • 1

    container cool whip

Directions

Chop Oreos in food processor, add melted butter. Press into springform pan and refrigerate. Melt chocolate pieces in microwave stirring every 30 seconds. Cool slightly. Whisk cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Gradually add milk and melted chocolate. Reserve 1/2cup cool whip, fold the rest of container into cream cheese. Spread over crust. Refrigerate 30 minutes or more. Remove collar of pan, decorate with cool whip and optional shaved mint chocolate pieces.
