Ingredients
- 1 cup dry Vermouth
- 1 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 3 oz Blue cheese
- ground white pepper
- Pork chops (4)

Preparation
Step 1
Boil Vermouth reduce by half approx 7 mins, add creasm return to boil. Reduce by 1/3 approx 15 mins. Remove from heat and whisk in crumbled cheese and pepper to taste. Cover and keep warm. Brush chops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill 8 mins per side med high heat, 1" chops, serve with sauce.
