Roasted Pork with Orange and Macadamia Sauce

Ingredients
- '/2 cup orange juice, no added
- sugar
- I tbs honey
- 1 tbs French mustard
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- freshly ground black pepper
- 4 x 120g lean pork steaks
- '/2 cup water
- 2 chicken stock cubes, crumbled
- I tsp cornflour
- 30 g macadamias

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the orange juice, honey,
mustard and garlic in a large bowl.
Season with black pepper to taste.
Add the pork steaks, cover and refrigerate
for at least I hour
1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove pork
and reserve marinade. Place pork on
an oven tray and bake for 15 to 20
minutes, brushing occasionally with
marinade. Remove from the oven and
allow to rest for 10 minutes.
I Combine remaining marinade, water
stock cubes and cornflour in a small
saucepan. Stir until mixture boils and
thickens. Add the macadamias and
pour sauce over pork steaks to serve.
