- 1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs
- honey to taste
- sesame seeds
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in glass baking pan. a layer of aluminum foil underneath will make cleanup easier. Drizzle with honey and spinkle with generous amounts of sesame seeds on each piece. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Goes great with rice.
