Ingredients
- 2 lbs. small potatoes
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1 scallion, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Simmer potatoes in salted water until tender, about 20 min.;drain. Cool slightly, the3n peel. Heat milk with butter. Mash potatoes with hot milk & stir in cheese. Top with bacon & scallions.
