Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt & Pepper (each)

Preparation
Step 1
mix together, pour over chicken, bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Take chicken out of pan and add about 1 tbsp corn starch to remaining liquid to thicken and use as a sauce.
