Ingredients
- 4 Whole Chicken Breasts, cooked and cubed
- 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts
- 2 Tbsp. green or minced onions
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup toasted, slivered almonds
- 1 tsp. salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese - ON TOP

Step 1
Mix and bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle a 3 1/2 oz. can French fried onion rings on top and bake 15 more minutes or longer.
