Ingredients

  • 8 slices Jones Dairy Farm Regular Bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 6 (8 inch) gluten free flour tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, and set aside. Chop lettuce and tomatoes and place in a large bowl with all remaining ingredients except tortillas. Toss to combine. If tortillas have been refrigerated, place 1 tortilla at a time on a microwave-safe plate and microwave 40-60 seconds. Spread one-sixth of bacon mixture on each warmed tortilla. Fold up bottom third of each tortilla; roll up to form cone shape with folded end at bottom and serve. (Serves: 6)
