Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Ingredients

• Sauce:
• 1 1/2 lb ground meat
• 1 egg
• 1 Tbsp flour
• 1/3 cup oatmeal
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup water
• 1 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 1 Tbsp mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Roll first 5 ingredients together and brown in skillet, or place on cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 325 F.

Put into casserole.

Mix sauce ingredients and pour over casserole filled with meatballs.

Bake for 1 hour at 350 F, uncovered.
