Sour Cream Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. butter salted-2 sticks
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 c. cake flour-swann’s red box
  • 5 eggs-whole
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar, flour, eggs, sour cream. Beat 1 egg at a time in. Then to flour or sour cream- continue again until all eggs are gone-last vanilla-put in greased bundt cake. Sift flour in greased pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 20 minute-nice and brown.
