Potato casserole

Ingredients

  • regular frozen hash brown potatoes (1 bag +)
  • 1 lb of shredded cheese (make sure there is some sharp cheddar)
  • 2 cups of light mayo
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 pound of bacon, fried and chopped
  • cornflakes

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the overn to 350
Mix in a bowl all the ingredients other than cornflakes
Spread in a 13 x 9 dish covered with pam
Cover with crushed cornflakes.
Bake for 50 minutes.
