Ingredients
- Boneless chicken
- Flour
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic powder
- Olive oil
- Fresh garlic
- 1/2 cup white wine
- Fresh broccoli
- Small can of chicken broth
- Ziti

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook paste to al dente
2. Cut chicken into strips and dredge in flour seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
3. Sauté chicken in olive oil with lots of fresh garlic until browned. Add white wine and toss
4. Blanch fresh broccoli until fork tender. Add broccoli to pan with chicken
5. Add chicken broth. Toss for a few minutes
6. Turn off heat, add pasta, toss and serve
