Brined Grilled Boneless Chicken Breasts

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 cups cold water


Servings 4


Step 1

1. Remove tenderloin and pound chicken to 1/2 inch
2. Dissolve salt and sugar in cold water
3. Put brine and chicken in large ziploc bag for 30 minutes
4. Bring chicken directly to preheated grill and place on hottest part
5. Cook 15 minutes, turning once
