Ingredients
- 4 tsp cornstarch
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 stp oyster sauce
- dash cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 lb top sirloin steak, cut into 1/2" pieces
- 2 Tbsp canola oil, divided
- 8 green onions, cut into 1" lengths
- 2/3 cup salted cashews
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- hot cooked rice

Step 1
Small bowl, combine first seven ingred and whisk until smooth; set aside
In large skillet or wok, stir-fry beef in 1 Tbsp oil until no longer pink. Remove and keep warm. Stir-fry onions, cashews and garlic in remaining oil for 1 min.
Stir cornstarch mixture and add to the pan. Bring to boil; cook and stir for 2 min or until thickened. Add beef; heat through; Serve with rice.
