Ingredients
- Coating:
- 2 pounds of confectioner's sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks of oleo (unsalted butter)
- 1/3 cup of bourbon ( 101 proof Wild Turkey)
- 2 cups of chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 cake of paraffin wax

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and bourbon. Gradually add confectioner's sugar until creamy. Roll into small balls or use a melon ball scoop to form balls. Place on cookie sheet that is covered by wax paper. Chill overnight.
Coating:
Melt chocolate chips, butter and wax in a double boiler. Dip bourbon balls in chocolate and place on a cookie sheet that is covered by wax paper for drying.
